Step 1: Clarity Call
I help you clarify your key goals and outcomes. We establish the most common comments from your inner-critic and what your inner-cheerleader would say to you instead. We delve into all the things that are important to you and why.
Step 2: Guided Meditation
I take all of the wonderful information that you provide and record a guided meditation for you to continue developing and embedding your inner-cheerleader, whilst creating a safe haven for your inner-critic. The meditation will usually last between 10 and 15 minutes depending on how much information you share.
Step 3: Over to You
Listen to the meditation at least once a day for a minimum of 66 days and you will be well on your way to embedding your inner-cheerleader and will have begun to befriend your inner-critic.
Sound too good to be true? Sound too simple? ???????? I felt the same.
You may notice differences immediately, it may take a couple of weeks, but every time you listen to the meditation you are strengthening new connections in your brain which enable your inner-cheerleader to automatically pop up when needed.

I love to begin by offering you a free 30 minute telephone consultation.
Our coaching relationship will be based on trust and compassion so it’s really important that we take this time to get to know each other and discuss the ways in which you want to move forward with your life.
When we meet we begin by understanding where you are now, where you want to be and what’s getting in the way. Then we work together to help you get rid of these obstacles, so you can find that wonderful inner wisdom, that we all have but so often don’t hear above the noise of day to day life, to enable you to make your dreams a reality.
